Internship Programme
NON-GRADUATING STUDENTS (Short-term project)
Visiting students who wish to do a short-term project in the School must source for their own NTU professors to supervise them during their internship period.
Please note that your application should be made at least 2 months before the commencement of the period of your internship. Kindly send the application form and the following supporting documents to the address stated below.
- A passport-sized photograph glued on the first page of the application form( download the Application form)
- The "Certified True Copy" of the following supporting documents, in English. If not, an English translation of the contents must be attached.
- Transcript of academic record at the home university (to determine the academic suitability for courses at NTU)
- Particulars page of passport
- Letter of support/approval from student's University
- Student's proof of financial support(e.g, bank statement)
If you are still keen to pursue an internship with us, please provide us with the following information:
- Exact internship period (Kindly note that the minimum period of your internship (undergraduate) with NTU is 2 months.)
- Name of NTU Professor supervising your internship
- Your field of study
Application Processs
- Submit your application online via https://wis.ntu.edu.sg/webexe/owa/NG_APPL_SECT_A.DataEntry
- Select Student Type as "Non-Exchange"
- For short-term project, select "Research/Project Work"
- Note down your Registration Number.
- Print out the completed form via https://wis.ntu.edu.sg/webexe/owa/NG_APPL_Main.Login
- Submit your application form with the supporting documents to the mailing address mentioned below.
